Vanessa is skilled & qualified in several different yoga styles and is registered with Yoga Alliance as Yoga Teacher
Teaching various kinds of workshops in either Tantra & Yoga or just Yoga - in South Africa - Johannesburg; Cape Town, Thailand - Koh Samui, Austria, France, Spain and India. Always creating these workshops in a Safe Sacred Space ... exploring different Yoga, Tantra & Energy techniques to tap into the Source of our Joy and connecting deeper with our Spirits ... profound yet playful nature.
