A Residential Retreat for Women in the Healing Professions

For therapists, body and energy workers, medical professionals, teachers, chaplains, and others. How do we guide others in finding their own expressions of greater ease, wholeness, and freedom, while also nurturing our own vitality? Join us for a deep exploration of psyche, soma, spirit, and the profound question of what healing is. Uncover layers of your own embodied experience through somatic and experiential practices and group process, to help you show up more fully, vitally, and powerfully to yourself and those you serve.

• Inhabit your body with more awareness, presence, and sensation.


• Learn to “listen”’ to your body as a source of guidance in your daily living.


• Become more consciously the author of your life.


• Discover the power in your desire.


• Fine tune your capacity for touching desire and establishing/communicating boundaries so you can fulfill it.


• Embody your sexuality, using it as an engine for your vitality.


• Uncover what you need to fuel and sustain your full participation in the world.
